SHIPPING:

Mind-Glowing ships to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Products can be shipped to anywhere that has a physical address.

The date of delivery for your order will vary based on chosen method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

In order to ensure the best shipping process, we have partnered up with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment. After order completion, we will submit the relevant customer information to Amazon and they will fulfil (pick, pack and ship) your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

Any products purchased from mind-glowing.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days since the delivery date.

Instructions:

Simply write us an email at contact@mind-glowing.com saying you wish to return a product. Please make sure you include your order number, email, first and last name.
Please state if you would like a refund or a replacement.
It’s not mandatory, however we would really appreciate if you could indicate the return reason.

The refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. Alternatively, the replacement will be sent to an address of your choosing.

You will receive the credit within a couple of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

In case of wholesale or bulk orders we apply a different returns policy, depending on our contract agreement.

Warranty Information

Going the extra mile for our customers is a top priority and this is why we’re offering an Extended Warranty for all products bought from Mind-Glowing.

Here are the terms you need to be aware of when claiming your Warranty:

In order claim your warranty drop us a line at contact@mind-glowing.com. Please make sure you include your order number, email, first & last name and a brief description of the problem you’re facing.
If any of your products bought from Mind-Glowing ever malfunctions or breaks, you are entitled of receiving a replacement item for free. No more than 1 replacement per purchased product.
The standard warranty is one year, but if you register at www.mind-glowing.com/warranty your warranty will be extended to 4 years.
When requesting a replacement item, we would kindly ask you to briefly explain what happened to the product. In order to improve the quality of our products, it would be much appreciated if you could send photos showing the issue of the product (if possible).

Please note that all warranty conditions inherently imply that the beneficiary uses the product as instructed, under normal conditions (e.g. water damage to the main board and breakage are considered products misuse).

Excellent service, beautiful lamp

We are giving this lamp to our 12 grandkids for Christmas. We ordered a couple of different types of lamps and this was the most intriguing to both my husband and me. It looks simple, it lights and changes colors, it charges fast, it has a nice glow to it. Something that any age can appreciate.

Our son loves this. He's even dropped it from the top bunk a few times onto a hard floor, and it's survived each time (not that I recommend doing it on purpose). It's a good size, good brightness, and enough choices to please a child. The only issues I have are that the charging is inconvenient and needed too frequently - and since I'm into Astronomy, I am a little disappointed in the design - the smooth parts are raised on this, but on the moon, they'd be depressed. Maybe I'm just too picky on that.
